"I have been blessed on my path in the martial arts and in life!, I come from a long lineage that has taught and helped me to understand life and martial arts on a more wholesome level.
My basis in martial arts is and always has been Aikido, being the first martial art that I was introduced to, and really accepting the Aiki' path.
Aikido has been useful in everything that I do in my everyday life, and has helped me to focus on what I like to call the better qualities of life !
I give much thanks to all my teachers, and my deepest gratitude"
