March 8TH, 2008

"How effectively could you defend yourself and neutralize your opponent if you were very closed in by your attacker? Are you comfortable with your skills at very close range, close enough to feel their breath on your face? The true warrior knows that the fight is in close and not several feet away like on T.V. Muay Thai fighting skills are designed for close range fighting. The devastating use of knees, elbows and hand strikes are a specialty of Muay Thai's ancient techniques which are time tested and time proven.
