means to self defense as well as teaches the offensive aspect too.
The science of eight limbs (hands, feet, elbows and knees).
Muay Thai teaches the practitioner how to have a better sense of center through some of the grappling training
that it offers and those who train in the art of muay thai develop great endurance and of course it helps people of all ages
who participate in such activities to obtain better health and peace of mind.
Mr. Sosa believes in teaching how to develop the mind as well as the body, obtaining great cardio and endurance
but also a great attitude and confidence for everyday life !
